Internship of software developers

This is a unique opportunity for young and ambitious developers to try their hand at programming real products under the mentorship of experienced Owlab Group IT staff.

Minimum Skills

  • Desire to learn and develop in the IT field;

  • English level B1 (to understand the technical documentation);

  • Ability to communicate well and have critical thinking

For UI/UX

Necessary:

  • Strong knowledge of Figma or Sketch;
  • Knowledge of the principles of Usability and UX methodologies;
  • Clear understanding of capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Preferred:

  • Experience in web design of sites and mobile applications;
  • Good understanding of the principles of graphic design, typography, color;
  • Knowledge of the principles of creating responsive/adaptive design;
  • Ability to think analytically and creatively;
  • Ability to make independent design decisions and justify them.

For Mobile

Necessary:

  • Knowledge of Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java;
  • Experience with Git;
  • Experience with SQL or Firebase.

Preferred:

  • Experience in web design of sites and mobile applications;
  • Good understanding of the principles of graphic design, typography, color;
  • Knowledge of the principles of creating responsive/adaptive design;
  • Ability to think analytically and creatively;
  • Ability to make independent design decisions and justify them.

For QA

Necessary:

  • Understanding SDLC;
  • Understanding the basics of the HTML/CSS/JS stack;
  • Understanding the Bug Life Cycle.

Preferred:

  • Experience in writing test plans and test cases;
  • Ability to find, analyze and describe the problem in a structured way;
  • Experience with Postman;
  • Understanding of client-server architecture;
  • Experience working in Jira.

For Front-end

Necessary:

  • Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS/SCSS
  • Ability to work with Git version control systems;
  • Knowledge of JavaScript/React.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of client-server architecture.
  • Experience working in Jira;
  • Postman work skills;
  • Experience working with Figma;
  • Working with NPM/Node.js.

For Back-end

Necessary:

  • Knowledge of Python or Node.js;
  • Ability to work with Git version control systems;
  • The ability to adjust the environment for the project.

Preferred:

  • Experience with PostgreSQL;
  • Experience with Django or Nest.js;
  • Experience in writing tests for a specific module of the project;
  • Knowledge of basic commands to work in the Linux terminal;
  • Ability to work with REST API + JSON.
